About The Position
Overview
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing SEO strategies focused on driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and supporting performance objectives for eCommerce clients. You will work within a cross-channel performance environment alongside Paid Search, Paid Social, and DSP specialists.
Responsibilities
- Execute on-page and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic performance.
- Conduct keyword research and support content and optimization strategies.
- Monitor organic performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support SEO audits and implementation of technical recommendations.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and trends to inform optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with broader performance goals.

Requirements
We’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in SEO or organic search roles.
- Hands-on experience executing on-page SEO optimizations.
- Experience conducting keyword research for SEO purposes.
- Experience working with technical SEO fundamentals, including site structure, indexation and crawlability, page speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience using Google Search Console.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Experience analyzing organic performance using Google Analytics.
- Background in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies.
- English level B2 or above.
