About The Position
Overview
We are looking for a DSP Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSP platforms, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSP platforms.
- Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned with defined performance objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations related to targeting, bidding, and pacing.
- Analyze performance data and trends to inform optimization decisions.
- Execute A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Support reporting and performance analysis for ongoing campaigns.

Requirements
We’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising roles.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in at least one major DSP platform (The Trade Desk, Google DV360, StackAdapt).
- Proven experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting within DSP platforms.
- Experience managing campaigns optimized toward performance KPIs (conversions, CPA, ROAS).
- Experience working with audience targeting and segmentation in DSP environments.
- Strong experience analyzing programmatic campaign data and performance metrics.
- Background in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies.
- English level B2 or above.
