About The Position

Overview

We are looking for a DSP Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSP platforms, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSP platforms.
  • Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned with defined performance objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations related to targeting, bidding, and pacing.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to inform optimization decisions.
  • Execute A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Support reporting and performance analysis for ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in at least one major DSP platform (The Trade Desk, Google DV360, StackAdapt).
  • Proven experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting within DSP platforms.
  • Experience managing campaigns optimized toward performance KPIs (conversions, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experience working with audience targeting and segmentation in DSP environments.
  • Strong experience analyzing programmatic campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Background in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies.
  • English level B2 or above.
