About The Position

Overview

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns focused on driving performance outcomes for eCommerce clients. You will work closely with cross-functional performance teams to ensure high-quality execution and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies aligned with client objectives and performance KPIs.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across major social advertising platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and insights to inform ongoing optimization and testing.
  • QA and troubleshoot technical components of paid social campaigns, including pixel implementation, event tracking, and eCommerce feed integrity.
  • Support paid social advertising initiatives including budget pacing and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.

Requirements

  • We’re looking for:
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media advertising.
  • Recent experience (within the last 3 months) managing eCommerce paid social campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns toward performance goals (conversions, ROAS, CPA).
  • Experience QA’ing and troubleshooting paid social campaigns, including pixel implementation and event tracking, conversion tracking validation, eCommerce product feed integrity.
  • Background in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies.
  • English level B2 or above.
